我心裏發昏的時候，要從地極求告你。
求你領我到那比我更高的磐石。
因為你是我的避難所，是我的堅固臺，使我脫離仇敵。
我呼求的日子，仇敵都要轉身撤退。上帝幫助我，這是我所知道的。
我倚靠上帝，我要讚美他的話語；我倚靠耶和華，我要讚美他的話語。
